The PAGCOR office that pagcor.ph prints is the Corporate Office at the Met Live Building in Pasay City. The same pages list department e-mails and trunk lines, but they name no desk for a player’s report about an operator, so a reader writes to the general address. Before you write, the complaint letter pillar shows how a written complaint is organised.
PAGCOR address as pagcor.ph prints it
Two addresses appear on PAGCOR’s saved contact pages:
| Office | As printed |
|---|---|
| Corporate Office | PAGCOR CORPORATE OFFICE, MET LIVE BUILDING, Central Business Park 1-A, Macapagal Boulevard cor. EDSA Extension, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila, Philippines |
| Imus Complex | PAGCOR IMUS COMPLEX, 363 Bayan Luma VI, Imus, Cavite 4103 |
PAGCOR’s support page prints the Corporate Office trunkline as “+632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299”. Its general e-mail on both pages is info@pagcor.ph. The Imus Complex entry carries an address only, with no e-mail or telephone beside it, so this page lists no way to reach it beyond the address itself.
PAGCOR office lines and e-mails by department
The regulatory contact page carries a table of departments. The lines below are copied as it prints them.
| Regulatory department | Contact number | |
|---|---|---|
| Responsible Gaming / NPGH | responsiblegaming@pagcor.ph | +632 8248-9568 |
| Gaming Licensing & Dev’t Dept. | Info.GLDD@pagcor.ph | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
| Electronic Gaming Licensing Dept. | eGaming_Policy@pagcor.ph | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
| Remote Operations and Ancillary Services Dept. | ogld@pagcor.ph | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
| Table Games Dept. | poker@pagcor.ph | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
| Slot Machine Dept. | Info.SlotMachine@pagcor.ph | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
Which PAGCOR desk takes a player report
Neither contact page says which unit takes a player’s report. The support page does split its e-mails by concern:
- Player Exclusion Concerns: RGD_exclusion@pagcor.ph
- All other Responsible Gaming Concerns: RGD@pagcor.ph
- Problem Gambling Concerns: npgh.ph
- General Concerns: info@pagcor.ph
A report about an operator is none of the first three, so the general address is where it goes. PAGCOR’s Customer Feedback Management Process, effective 25 March 2021, lists “Complaint” among its feedback categories, but the saved pages print no e-mail address for it.
Two trunk lines, and why the numbers differ
PAGCOR prints two different lines on its own pages. The Responsible Gaming / NPGH row uses +632 8248-9568, while the other departments and the Corporate Office trunkline use +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299. Dial the number printed beside the department you mean, and copy it from pagcor.ph rather than from a message, because spoofing of a sender name can make a call look as if PAGCOR placed it.
Exclusion requests at the PAGCOR office
The exclusion page gives a separate route for a request to be banned from play. It says an application is sent “through email at ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph or via drop box at MET Live Building, Central Business Park 1-A Macapagal Blvd cor. EDSA Extension, Pasay City,” and that more information is available by calling (02) 8248-9568. That page covers exclusion only; the periods it offers are set out on the page about responsible play.
What to put in a letter to the PAGCOR office
The DTI’s own list of what a complaint letter holds is a sound checklist for any letter, and it reads:
- Complete name, address, e-mail and contact number of the complainant and the respondent.
- A narration of facts.
- The demand.
- Scanned proof of the transaction and a government-issued ID of the complainant.
A purchase dispute with a seller goes down a different road: the DTI complaint steps and the page on when a refund is owed cover it.
