777JILI Contact Page: Account Problems and Complaints
Reaching this site
No e-mail address exists for this site, because none has been set up. It has no telephone line and no social media handle either. This is a reference site that keeps no account, deposit or balance, so there is nothing here to look up, reset or release.
If a message, a call or a page says it speaks for this site and asks for a password, a one-time code or a payment, it is not from here. Treat it as a stranger’s message and read the checks before a 777JILI login before you answer anything.
Where an account problem goes
An account problem belongs to the casino where the account is held. Open that casino’s own support page yourself, by typing its address or using a bookmark you made earlier, and write there. Someone who writes to you first, in a chat, a text or a comment, is not support, whatever name they use.
Never give a one-time code, a password or a card number to anyone who contacts you unprompted. A real support desk can work from the account details you already hold.
Where each problem goes
| Your problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| A locked, frozen or missing balance in an account you hold | The support of the casino that holds the account |
| A seller or business that misled you or did not deliver | The offices set out on the complaint letter page |
| A concern about gaming that you want PAGCOR to read | The general address printed on the PAGCOR office page |
| A figure on these pages that differs from its publisher’s page | The publisher’s own page, which the sentence names, is the figure to follow |
Before you write to a casino’s support
Gather three things first, so the desk can find your case:
- The date and time of the problem, and what you saw on screen.
- Screenshots of the page, the message or the receipt.
- The username you hold, never the password.
State plainly what you want done, and keep the reply in writing.
Complaints about a business
A complaint about a business is written to the office that handles that kind of concern, not to this site. The complaint letter page lists the offices, what each one takes and what to attach, using the agencies’ own pages. Keep copies of every message, receipt and screenshot, with dates, before you write.
What this page does not do
This page does not open a case, forward a message or hold a file about you. How these pages may be used is set out in the terms of use. Readers must be 21 or older.
